How will customers be consulted?
- Our team will email you and ask for you to complete an online survey
- The survey will ask you questions about the content of a webpage on the Beyond Housing website
- Your invaluable feedback will then be reviewed by our team
- Where possible, your feedback will be applied to the content of the webpage
- The ‘customer stamp of approval’ will then be placed on the webpage to demonstrate that you, our customers, have reviewed it.
