Feet on the street
A collaborative approach to community engagement
Every few months, our teams join forces with partner organisations, including local councils, neighbourhood police, and community groups, to take part in our feet on the street estate walkabouts.
These collaborative events are all about connecting with customers, listening to their experiences, and working together to identify opportunities for improvement across our neighbourhoods. Whether it’s tackling anti-social behaviour, addressing environmental concerns, or simply having a friendly chat, these walkabouts help us stay close to the communities we serve.
Customers are encouraged to join us, share their views, ask questions, or highlight any issues they’ve noticed in their area. It’s a chance for real-time conversations and meaningful action.
