Community Fund Privacy Statement

There is a legitimate interest for the Data Controller, Beyond Housing, Brook House, 4 Gladstone Road, Scarborough, YO12 7BH to collate the personal details (name, address, and contact details) noted on this form. If your application is successful and your group is awarded funding, your bank account details will be needed to process a transfer of funds.

The information is collected to assess and process applications for funding from community groups. The fund will be administered by Beyond Housing with the aim of funding support for community activities. Please ensure that you do not disclose any personal details within the project information questions, as these will be shared with our customer fund panel.

We will publish project summaries of successful projects on our website, social media and newsletters.

The information is held for a period of six years from the completion of the project and is then disposed of.

You have a right to request access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of processing of, to object to the processing of your personal data by us and to submit a data portability request by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the above address or on telephone 0345 065 5656 or email data.protection@beyondhousing.co.uk. If you believe your personal data is being processed in any manner which is incompatible with the information provided in this privacy statement, you have a right to lodge a complaint with us in the first instance, you can submit your complaint by filling in our Data Protection Complaint form.
