Celebrating new shared ownership homes in Darlington
We are expanding our portfolio after taking handover of five new homes on the Coniscliffe Grange development near Darlington.
The five bungalows, which were marketed for sale on a shared ownership basis, have already been snapped up by eager buyers.
The Coniscliffe Grange development, comprising 37 new homes by Robertson Homes, has a riverside location in a much sought-after rural setting.
Our £975,000 contract with Robertson Homes will see delivery of a further two bungalows, which will be made available for affordable rent, in March 2022.
Additional grant funding investment of £273,000 came from Homes England, a non-departmental public body that funds new affordable housing across the country.
