We’re committed to being open and transparent with our customers. That’s why we’ve launched our new STAIRs webpage, making it easier to access information about how Beyond Housing manages homes and delivers services.
STAIRs (Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements) is a new scheme introduced by the UK Government and the Regulator of Social Housing. It gives tenants greater access to information about their landlord and aims to improve transparency across the social housing sector.
From 1 October 2026, social housing providers are required to publish information about areas including; governance and decision-making, spending, housing stock management, performance and housing services
Our new STAIRs webpage brings this information together in one place, making it easier for you to find the details you need.
Looking ahead, the next phase of STAIRs will launch on 1 April 2027. This will give customers the right to request certain information relating to the management of social housing.
