Be In the Know

December 2019 - be in the know

As we approach the end of 2019, we would like to share an update on our recent work and wish you well for the festive period and year ahead.

Having renewed and strengthened our relationships with customers, key partners and service providers, we’re now in a great position to deliver our future business strategy.

We’re committed to retaining a local presence in our communities. We reaffirmed this commitment by moving to a new office in Whitby this month on Green Lane, which will allow us to serve our customers from a more accessible, suitable and welcoming environment.

We continue to work with our local authority and developer partners to deliver a range of housing options that meet the needs of our diverse customers and communities. Since forming in October 2018 we have started on site with a number of schemes across the Redcar and Scarborough boroughs, all of which we are looking forward to seeing come to fruition next year.

Have a wonderful Christmas and best wishes for the New Year.
