A new place to call home in Whitby

On Monday 2 December colleagues from our Whitby team left the Coliseum for a fresh new office space on Green Lane.
The new office offers ample free parking, a more welcoming environment and a private meeting space for customers to speak with our team.
The Whitby office is now appointment only, which will allow us to more effectively deal with enquiries and have the right person available for customers to speak to.
Tracy O’Neill, Executive Director of Customers and Communities at Beyond Housing said: “Maintaining a local presence in our communities is vital to Beyond Housing and we’re proud to be the only housing association with an office in the town of Whitby.
“The move has allowed us to improve the facilities we have on offer for customers and gives them the benefit of reduced waiting times by being able to make an appointment with the person they need to see.”
Appointments can be made with a Community Advisor, a Customer Income Advisor or a Tenancy Management Advisor by calling 0345 065 5656. Home visits may also be offered if more convenient.
