Gold Award recognition for commitment to Armed Forces

We’re proud to announce that we’ve been awarded the prestigious Gold Award in the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which is the highest accolade available to organisations that demonstrate outstanding support for the Armed Forces community.

This year, Beyond Housing joins a record number of organisations from the Yorkshire and Humber region in receiving this honour – we’re one of 202 organisations nationwide to achieve gold status in 2025.

The ERS Gold Award recognises employers who go above and beyond in their commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, including active support for veterans, reservists, and military families.
