Proud to celebrate our apprentice graduates progressing into roles and further training
Monday 16 February 2026
We have celebrated the achievements of eleven apprentices at a graduation ceremony held at Sneaton Castle in Whitby, marking a significant milestone for a cohort already progressing into jobs and further professional development.
The event recognised apprentices who have successfully completed their training across a range of disciplines, including business administration, housing and property management, bricklaying, finance and electrical.
More than half of this year’s graduates have already secured permanent roles within Beyond Housing, with six moving into full-time positions, four progressing to higher-level apprenticeships and one stepping into career development improver roles.
Our long-term commitment to developing talent is reflected in the success of our apprenticeship programme, retaining 84% of apprentices since 2019.
Our 2025 intake continued that commitment, welcoming fourteen new apprentices as they begin their professional journeys.
Maria Taylor, our Apprentice and Volunteer Team Leader, said: “It is a real privilege to celebrate the commitment, dedication and hard work of our apprentices during our annual apprenticeship graduation.
“They have all taken valuable steps towards their futures, building strong foundations to launch successful careers from and we are so proud of every apprentice and their journey so far.
“We will be following each of them as they take their next steps in their career whether that be in full time roles or further apprenticeship training.”
Here’s what some of our apprentices and their mentors had to say about their experiences:
