To support our customers as we transition into the winter season, we want to inform you that from Friday 1 December, calls after 5pm will be for emergencies only.
If you are getting in touch with us for a routine enquiry, please:
- Call us between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Send us a direct message on Facebook
- Fill in a form on the website
- Email us at enquiries@beyondhousing.co.uk.
Please know that for Facebook messages, web forms and emails, we’ll get back to you within five working days.
