A warm welcome to our new Executive Director of Customer Experience

We have appointed Liz Lamb as our new executive director of customer experience.
Liz will be responsible for leading our ambition and strategic plans to continually improve the experience we provide to customers across our homes and services.
She brings more than 25 years of experience spanning customer insight, data strategy, customer experience and operational leadership.
Throughout her career, Liz has worked in large and complex organisations, helping them better understand their customers, strengthen services and shape strategies that deliver meaningful improvements. She is also recognised for building high-performing teams and championing the voice of the customer within decision making.
Liz joins us from cardfactory, where she was director of insight and customer experience. In the role, she led customer contact operations, the end-to-end customer experience and the organisation’s enterprise-wide insight and data capability.
Her work played a key role in ensuring customer feedback and insight sat at the centre of decision making and service improvement across the business.
