Two, three and four bedroom houses will be available to purchase on a rent to buy basis. Our rent to buy scheme is perfect for first time buyers who may be struggling to save a deposit to buy a home. It means you’ll rent your newly built home at first, paying a reduced rent that allows you extra time and money to save towards your mortgage deposit. Once you’ve saved up, you’ll purchase your home from us and it becomes 100% yours.

Homes for rent to buy at Hummersea Hills will be available to move into from winter 2021, with full completion of the scheme anticipated in early 2023.
