Band 1, 2 and 3 customers
- I am a priority band 1, 2 or 3 customer. What does this mean to me?

Your current Tees Valley Homefinder account will be transferred directly to the new system. Once your account has been transferred, you will receive a link to access the new website.
- When will I receive an email to log into my new account?

We will start to transfer band 1, 2 and 3 accounts during July. If you are still waiting for your link by Monday 31 July 2023, please let us know here.
- When will the new Tees Valley Homefinder system go live?

Our new system will be live from Monday 31 July 2023, we will begin to advertise properties shortly after and you will be able to start bidding.
- What should I do if I no longer require my TVHF account or have any further questions?

Band 4 customers
- I am a band 4 customer, what does this mean for me?

You will be able to register your new account now by clicking here.
- Will I need to provide any documentation?

Whilst we understand you will have already provided this information for your previous account, you will need to provide up to date documents again before you will be able to bid for a new home.
- How long will I have to register a new account?

We would encourage you to register a new account as soon as possible.
- When will the new Tees Valley Homefinder website go live?

Our new website will be live from Monday 31 July 2023, and we will begin to advertise properties shortly after.
Once your account is complete and the information is verified, you will be able to bid for a new home.
- Will I lose my original registration date?

If you previously had a fully verified account on the old Tees Valley Homefinder website, then once you have created a new account and provided all necessary up to date documentation, we will honour your original registration date.
You must complete this process by Wednesday 31 January 2024 to retain your original registration date.
