- The BEYOND26 code is to be used by both Beyond Housing customers and/or Reach & Respond customers
- When attending a performance or calling at the theatre to collect tickets:
- Beyond Housing customers will be asked to show proof of tenancy via a letter
- Reach & Respond customers will be asked to provide the recent ‘Service Charges 2025/26’ letter
- If you are a customer of both companies, you can choose to present either.
- Tickets are subject to availability and are non-transferable
- Additional tickets for friends and non-customer family members will not be available
- Tickets are limited to 4 per household.
