Our commitment to your health and safety during flu season
At Beyond Housing, we are committed to providing you with a quality service while prioritising your health and safety. As part of this commitment, we are taking additional precautions to minimise the risk of spreading airborne viruses during this cold and flu season.
When we visit your home to carry out a repair or service during this time, our colleagues will ask you if anyone in your household is currently experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms. If the answer is yes, we will request that you remain in a different room while we are working in your home and allow us to open windows in the room we are working in to ensure proper ventilation.
We will always provide you with an estimated time for the completion of the job. If you are not comfortable with these arrangements or are unable to accommodate them, we will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include rescheduling the appointment.
Likewise, if our colleagues are experiencing cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, but feel well enough to work, we will explain this on arrival and ask your permission before entering your home.
In addition to our regular cleaning protocols, operatives will clean all work surfaces before and after each appointment with antibacterial/antiviral products. Operatives will maintain a safe distance from you whenever possible and may choose to wear a face mask when entering your home and throughout the duration of the repair.
