First floor Tyneside flat eligibility: Applicants will be over 50, have a two-bedroom need, and have the requirement for the Reach & Respond service. Households with children under the age of 16 will not be considered.

Additional information
  • All applicants must demonstrate a strong tenancy history. This includes a consistent record of rent payments over the past five years, or the entire tenancy if shorter
  • Applicants should have no history of anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes, or criminal activity
  • Maintaining the property to a good standard, including the garden, is essential and will be assessed against Beyond Housing’s guidelines.
