New homes in Boho Village, Middlesbrough

We have entered into a £3.75m contract with Middlesbrough Development Company to purchase 30 two-bedroom apartments at the new Boho Village scheme at Middlehaven, Middlesbrough.

In partnership with Engie, Middlesbrough Development Company will build 61 new homes on this site, comprising 16 town houses and 45 apartments. The apartments purchased by Beyond Housing are scheduled to be completed by the end of May 2022, with the full development completion expected by the end of summer 2022.

Designed to an eco-friendly specification, the properties will benefit from air source heat pumps, which absorb heat from the outside air to heat the home and hot water.
