Handover of new bungalows in Eston

We’re delighted to have taken handover of four much-needed new bungalows on Jubilee Road in Eston.
The one-bedroom homes are designed for elderly or vulnerable people, complete with level access and shower rooms. Conveniently located within walking distance of Eston Square, bungalow residents will be within easy reach of local amenities like shops, banks and a Post Office.
Built by developer, Total Solutions NE, the new bungalows are available for affordable rent, in response to demand for accessible homes under this tenure in the area.
The scheme represents a total investment by Beyond Housing of £478,000, with a grant of £156,000 from Homes England.
