We recently took handover of additional new homes at our Summerville Meadows development on Harrowgate Lane in Stockton, bringing the total number acquired in March to 75.

The new homes are a welcome addition to our portfolio in the Stockton area and are part of phase one of the wider scheme, which will see a total of 231 properties delivered by us across three phases, due to complete in 2028.

The development, delivered in partnership with Vistry Group, offers a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent homes, providing a choice of options for customers looking to access high-quality housing.

Pauline, one of our first customers to purchase her new shared ownership home, said: “I am so excited to be moving into my new home, and looking forward to making lots of new memories there. I found the whole process of buying my home to be relatively stress free and was kept fully up to date on progress with the actual build, right up until I picked up the keys to my new home.

The Viola Homes sales team have been extremely friendly, welcoming and supportive. Any e-mails or phone calls have been responded to quickly, whether to address queries or inform on the process, and nothing has been too much trouble.

I would highly recommend Viola Homes, Beyond Housing’s sales brand, to anyone looking to purchase a shared ownership home.”

Kelly Lemon, Senior Project Manager at Beyond Housing, said: “We are pleased to see continued progress on this exciting and ambitious project, which is meeting the needs and aspirations of both new and existing customers in the Stockton area. The scheme underlines Beyond Housing’s ongoing commitment to providing services our customers value, homes they want and places they are proud of.”
