What we offer
Our apprenticeship programme offers you great pay in a variety of roles, while allowing you to gain an industry-recognised apprenticeship standard.
First-year apprentices at Beyond Housing can expect to earn £10 per hour, much higher than the present £7.55 national minimum wage for apprentices.
After completing the first year of your course, you will receive a significant raise in hourly pay, to £12.60 per hour. This is currently the Real Living Wage Foundation recommended hourly rate of income based on living costs.
